I use the backpack on all my adventures, when I go to the beach, for a hike to the waterfalls, if I go for a day trip, etc. I even use to go to work. I love how many pocket it has, there is a pocket for your computer (sometimes I put my books in there as well), a pocket on top where you can put your keys, cards, etc and inside there is a pocket for your water bottle. I love how practical and light it is! And I was very surprised at how it fits really well on my back! I have had other bags but I always end up having back pain but not with this one as it really follows the shape of your back. I would say the only thing that I am missing here is waterproof fabric as I live in a country where it rains a lot ;(
