Since 1996, we’ve been ethically and sustainably manufacturing everything in our own factory in Bali. What started small has grown into a dedicated family of over 400 incredible people. • Cutting Operator: This is where the journey begins. With absolute precision, our cutters shape the panels for your gear from our signature, lightweight parachute silk.
• Screen Printing: Wherever you see a print on our products, like our iconic moon logo, it’s handcrafted right here using traditional screen-printing techniques.
• Sewing Operator: The beating heart of our factory. Our talented sewing team pieces everything together with incredible skill and care.
• 3-Needle & Bartack: To ensure you can fully unwind and relax in your hammock without a care in the world, we rely on heavy-duty specialty seams. Our 3-Needle specialists ensure extreme tear resistance with robust triple-stitching, while Bartack operators securely reinforce the suspension loops and key stress points.
• Quality Control: Safety and reliability mean everything to us. Our QC team meticulously inspects every single product inside and out before it gets the green light.
• Finishing: The final touches. Here, your gear is lovingly cleaned, perfectly folded into its signature pouch, and packed for its journey to your doorstep.
