1. Organizer
The Golden Ticket giveaway is organized by:
– Ticket to the Moon GmbH, Vienna, Austria (for the EU shop)
– PT Ayunan Bulan International, Bali, Indonesia (for the Global shop)
2. Eligibility
Participation is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 and above.
Each webshop order of €50 or more (or equivalent) automatically enters the monthly draw.
3. Duration
The promotion runs from January 1 to December 31, 2026.
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible orders placed during that month.
The draw is conducted fairly and independently by Ticket to the Moon.
4. Prize
Each month, one winner receives a €100 voucher for a customized Ticket to the Moon product set.
The voucher is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
5. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted by email in the following month using the address provided during checkout.
If a winner does not respond within 14 days, a new winner may be selected.
6. Exclusions
Employees, partners, and affiliates of Ticket to the Moon are not eligible to participate.
7. Data Privacy
Personal data will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and notifying winners.
By accepting the prize, winners agree that Ticket to the Moon may feature their customized product (and optionally a photo of the winner) on its official websites, newsletters, and social media channels.
Any publication involving a person’s image will only occur with the winner’s explicit consent.
8. Miscellaneous
The organizers reserve the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time if necessary for legal or technical reasons.
Legal recourse is excluded.
9. Grand Golden Ticket – Bali Trip
At the end of 2026, one winner worldwide will be selected from all eligible entries across both webshops.
Included
- Flight allowance up to €1,000 for a round-trip economy flight to Bali
- Visit to Ticket to the Moon’s Fair Trade production site
- Participation in an exclusive jungle camping trip with Ticket to the Moon and Bushcraft Bali
Conditions
- The €1,000 is a designated travel grant, to be used exclusively for booking flights to Bali.
- Reimbursement is issued after submitting a valid flight booking invoice/receipt.
- The trip must be booked and reimbursement claimed within 12 months of winner notification.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Accommodation, meals, local transport, personal equipment, and any additional travel costs are not included.
- Ticket to the Moon does not cover medical expenses, travel insurance, vaccinations, visa fees, or other personal administrative costs.
- The winner must hold a valid passport and meet all legal travel requirements.
- Travel dates are coordinated mutually between the winner and Ticket to the Moon.
