1. Acceptance of Terms
- By selecting the checkbox labeled "I have read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions and the cancellation policy," the purchaser consents to these Terms and Conditions and agrees to be bound by them.
- The offerings, products, and services of PT Ayunan Bulan International are governed exclusively by these Terms and Conditions. PT Ayunan Bulan International does not recognize any customer terms that conflict with or deviate from these Terms unless explicitly agreed upon.
2. Product Descriptions
- PT Ayunan Bulan International provides products such as hammocks for sale on the website www.ticketothemoon.com.
3. Order and Contract Formation
- Goods displayed on the website constitute an invitation to treat rather than a binding offer. Orders placed by customers are offers to purchase which become binding only upon acceptance by PT Ayunan Bulan International.
- Steps to place an order include:
- Selecting goods.
- Providing and verifying login information.
- Selecting shipping and payment methods.
- Reviewing pre-contractual information.
- Confirming order details and submitting the order.
- An order confirmation email from PT Ayunan Bulan International merely acknowledges receipt of the order and does not constitute acceptance of the offer. Acceptance is confirmed through the delivery of goods or an explicit acceptance communication.
4. Right of Withdrawal
- Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen (14) days without providing a reason, subject to certain conditions as outlined in the Indonesian Consumer Protection laws.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made goods, named โUniqueโ items, or goods unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have already been opened, as well as to goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications, that are clearly tailored to personal needs, that are not suitable for return due to their nature, that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date has passed (ยง 18 Abs 1 FAGG).
- Returned goods will be checked for defects by Ticket to the Moon GmbH after receipt. If any signs of use are visible on the products that would impair a resale, the amount to be refunded for the goods will be reduced by a fee for cleaning or for a reduction in value.
- If the consumer (customer) withdraws from the contract, then step by step:
- 1. reimburse Ticket to the Moon GmbH for the payments made by the consumer (customer), excluding the delivery costs (exception for additional costs resulting from the fact that of unusual surcharges) and to reimburse the consumer (customer) for the necessary and useful expenditure made on the item, and the consumer (customer) shall return the received goods within 14 days.

5. Pricing and Shipping
- All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable, and exclusive of shipping costs, which are borne by the customer.
- PT Ayunan Bulan International reserves the right to adjust prices and shipping costs as necessary.
6. Customs and Import Duties
- Customers are responsible for complying with all import and customs regulations of their respective countries, including all consequences arising from non-compliance or unauthorized shipments. We are taking care of custom cost and there is no further charges after your payment on the website.
7. Payment Terms
- Accepted payment methods include all major credit cards, PayPal as commissioned by payment partner Stripe.
- Payment must be made within the stipulated time frame from the order confirmation.
8. Late Payments and Collection Fees
- In cases of late payment, PT Ayunan Bulan International reserves the right to charge late fees and recover any costs associated with collection efforts.
9. Non-acceptance of Goods
- If the customer fails to accept the goods as agreed, PT Ayunan Bulan International may charge storage fees or take other appropriate actions including contract withdrawal or resale of goods.
10. Delivery Terms
- Goods are dispatched within the specified timeframe following receipt of payment, with allowances for minor delays as outlined.
11. Data Protection
- Personal data provided during the purchase process will be stored and processed in compliance with applicable privacy laws. Data will not be shared with third parties without consent.
12. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bali.
13. Amendments and Invalidity
- PT Ayunan Bulan International reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
14. Final Provisions
- Official communications must be made in writing and sent to the last notified address. The headings used in these Terms are for convenience only and have no interpretive value.
