How do I create an account?

Click the "Log in" link at the top right side of our site. Register by filling in all the required fields. You will receive an "Account Activation" confirmation by e-mail. If your inbox stays empty check in Spam or Bulk messages.

 

 

Has my order been shipped yet?

Click "User" and then "order history" to see if your shipment has been sent.

 

 

How do I change quantities or items of my order?

Click shopping cart symbol and opt for Change Order, after your order has been dispatched you can not change anymore.

 

 

How do I track my order?

Click the "User" and then on "order history" and if your shipment has been dispatched you can use the Airway Bill (AWB) number that is displayed to track the consignment here: www.tnt.com or for domestic shipment www.jne.co.id You will also receive a shipment confirmation email with the Airway Bill number.
